1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 8877bet, a Sports Betting and digital entertainment platform operating in Brazil. 2Registration & Eligibility

3Account Use

4Betting & Results

All bets placed at 8877bet are final once confirmed by the system. Users must review all bet details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming, as cancellations after confirmation are not accepted, except under the specific Cash Out conditions available on the platform.

4.1 Bet settlement: Results are calculated based on official outcomes published by the relevant governing bodies of each competition (confederations, leagues, and tournament organizers). In the event of conflicting sources, the official position of the event organizer takes precedence.

4.2 Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is canceled before it begins, the bet is voided and the full staked amount is returned to the user's balance. If the event starts but is interrupted before completion, settlement follows the specific rules of the market wagered on:

• Football matches interrupted before 90 minutes: bets voided if the minimum criteria are not met;
• Interrupted esports series: result calculated based on completed games, provided a winner has already been determined;
• Interrupted tennis matches: voided or settled in accordance with the tournament rules and the stage at which the match was stopped.

4.3 Odds errors: The 8877bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (technical errors resulting in abnormally high or low odds relative to the market). When this occurs, the staked amount will be fully refunded and the user will be notified.

4.4 Combination bets: In parlay bets (multiple selections on a single ticket), if any event is cancelled and that specific selection is voided, the ticket is recalculated without that selection. The potential return is adjusted according to the remaining odds.

5Bonuses & Promotions

6Deposits & Withdrawals
